The participant's Sports Physical must be current to register. New sports physicals may be dropped off in the Simley main office or the middle school main office - Attn: Kim Madigan or emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org If you need a physical form to bring to the physician, click here: 2016-17 MSHSL Sports Qualifying Physical Examination Clearance Form.

Participants must have a current physical on file & registration completed to begin practice.
There are NO activity buses to bring students home.
Parents/guardians are responsible to arrange transportation home after practices or games.

Tuesday, March 7 - Adapted Bowling & Adapted Softball Activity Fee - $70
Monday, March 13 - Boys & Girls Track and Softball Activity Fee - $130
Monday, March 20 - Baseball and Boys & Girls Golf (Grades 7-12) Activity Fee - $130
Monday, March 27 - Boys Tennis (Grades 7-12) Activity Fee - $130
Monday, April 3 - Boys Lacrosse Activity Fee - $160

|Admission to School Activities for Individuals Age 60+
Simley High School allows anyone age 60+ into all home athletic events for free (except hockey and section events). Those individuals may attend band and choir performances at no cost. A senior preview of theatre performances is available the Wednesday leading up to a play. Seniors are admitted at no charge.
