The Inver Grove Heights School Board met on Monday, January 28, with the following items on the agenda:

  • TriDistrict Career and College Readiness Initiative Lead Designer Ben Kusch gave an update on the CAPS (Center for Advanced Professional Studies) Program, which brings careers education to Simley High School, Henry Sibley High School, and South St. Paul Secondary students
  • Simley High School Principal spoke about the work that is being done around Simley’s Top 10 Academic Recognition
  • ISD 199 Superintendent Dave Bernhardson presented the First Reading of the Second Half of the 200 Board of Directors Policy Series
  • ISD 199 Director of Business Services Heather Aune presented the FY20 Budgeting Parameters

A work session will be held on February 11 at the District Office, 2990 80th Street East in Inver Grove Heights, and a regular board meeting will be held on February 25 at Salem Hills Elementary School, 5899 Babcock Trail in Inver Grove Heights. Both will be at 5:30 PM.
